Full-time and part-time therapist
Full time: 30 direct client hours a week
Part-time: 15-20 direct client hours a week
Work-from-home- must live in or be licensed in OR
Living Tree Wellness Center is seeking to expand into a multidisciplinary team to better meet the metal health needs of Oregon communities.
Ideal Candidates:

Hold a current Oregon license as an, LMFT, CADC II, Psychologist (for testing/assessments) or Psychiatrist (for med management).

Have a desire to shape and grow service delivery at Living tree wellness Center.
Role and Duties:

Provide between 15 and 30 direct client hours a week in 1:1 or group therapy.

Adhere to laws, rules, regulations and code of ethics for licensure and company policy.

Complete Intake assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Maintain clinical case files per state, insurance and board guidelines. Compete documentation promptly (within 48 hours of service provided).
Pay: This is a W-2 non exempt permanent position. Pay is commission-based and determined by experience and direct client hours worked per week.
