Equine Assisted Therapy-Connection in real time
Equine Assisted-Therapy is the partnership with horses in therapeutic process. This is a unique experiential experiences that allows people to get out of the office, and have an experience that allows them to interact differently with the things that bring them to therapy. The things they discover, and practice in the relationship with the horse and provider can be applied outside the arena and in relationships with people.
Equine Assisted-Therapy is facilitated with a client, a mental health professional, and equine specialist and at least one equine partner. As we explore the interaction between the human horse connection we are able to rediscover and reconnect with parts of ourselves lost to old patterns. We get an opportunity to include the nervous system in the therapy process and help to reset though new experiences and direct feedback.

CAMS-Building life worth Living
Sometimes our pain is so deep we conclude life is not worth living. The depth of our struggle and disconnection can take our brain to a long term solution for a short term problem. The Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) is an evidence-based approach to treating people suffering from serious thoughts of self-harm.
The provider and patient collaborate using tools such as the Suicide Status Form. Together, they identify and address the “drivers” — the root causes behind the patient’s suicidal thoughts. The exploration of these "drivers" allows client and therapist the opportunity to partner in building a life that feels worth living and get reconnected with self.

Skills- DBT/ACT
Sometimes we know what we want to accomplish and just don't understand how to get there. With the use of a combination of skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Movement therapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy, clinicians can teach you thought and behavioral techniques to change your response to your emotions and mood.
Many of these skills can be learned and implemented in just a few sessions allowing you to break patterns of choices and behaviors that may be making your life unmanageable. The skills empower you to choose how to feel, respond, and express your emotions instead of suppressing or denying them.
