You are not alone...
Understanding Perinatal And Postpartum Struggles
LIGHT FOLLOWS DARKNESS
You are not alone. Depression and Anxiety impact 1 in 5 pregnant and postpartum people. If you feel you have changed or that are not coping after giving birth, it is not your fault. With the right support, healing is possible.
We offer compassionate, evidence-based care for all perinatal mood disorders, including postpartum depression, a common and treatable condition that can affect mood, identity, and connection after the birth of a child. Our trauma-informed, relational approach supports emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and the transition into parenthood with greater self-trust. Clients often experience reduced shame, improved mood, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and their baby. Our clinicians walk alongside you with steadiness and care, helping you move from survival into confidence and clarity.

Common Experiences
-
Emotional detachment
You may feel a lack of interest in your baby or struggle to form an emotional bond. This may lead to deep feelings of guilt, shame or inadequacy as a parent. -
Overwhelming worry
This may feel like constant worry, racing thoughts, and even panic or anxiety attacks. New fears about your baby's wellbeing may pop up in an intrusive way that interferes with the life you want. -
Exhaustion
Beyond normal newborn tiredness, this is a heavy fatigue that rest doesn't fix. It can look like insomnia, a loss of appetite, and difficulty sleeping even when your baby sleeps.
