Emotional detachment
You may feel a lack of interest in your baby or struggle to form an emotional bond. This may lead to deep feelings of guilt, shame or inadequacy as a parent. -
Overwhelming worry
This may feel like constant worry, racing thoughts, and even panic or anxiety attacks. New fears about baby's wellbeing may pop up in an intrusive way that interfears with the life you want. -
Exhaustion
