Individual Therapy

At Living Tree Wellness, Center individual therapy is a dedicated 55 minutes with your therapist set aside just for your needs and goals. This can be scheduled on a weekly or bi weekly basis, depending on need and preference. We offer both in person and teletherapy visits, depending on your particular clinician.
